WITH JOSHUA MASSOUD, PWF CO-OWNER
Joshua Massoud is co-owner of Private Water Fishing and works directly with landowners to develop and manage private lakes for high-quality bass fishing. He spends much of his time visiting partner properties, evaluating fisheries, and helping landowners improve lake health and fish populations.
Joshua has a deep understanding of the key elements of successful lake management, including water quality, forage balance, habitat, genetics, and harvest strategies. Through the club’s catch data reporting system, he also helps landowners track fish growth and monitor the long-term health of their lakes.
He enjoys working closely with landowners to understand their goals for their property, whether that means improving the fishery, maintaining a balanced lake, or generating additional income from an otherwise idle asset.
HOW THE CLUB WORKS:
• Fishing is by advance reservation only
• One person or family at a time
• You control when your lake is available
• Members follow a strict code of conduct
• Gates are left as found and trash leaves with members
• We carry liability insurance and name you additional insured
• We provide a jon boat for members to use
